Terms & Conditions

Each lesson will include, but is not limited to, the following services:

● Singing exercises (Applicable warm-ups, training exercises & practices to take home)

● Working through new and pre-existing repertoire

● Applying vocal exercises in songs

● Working towards performing, honing the voice or simply for self improvement

● Walking through current abilities and future goals and aspirations

● Holistic growth

● Training differences for Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced Levels

All lessons must be scheduled at least one week or more in advance of the desired timeslot. We seek your understanding that we do not provide same-day availability and a timeslot of your preference may not be available instantly, therefore, we encourage advanced bookings.

All private vocal lessons are held online, until further notice, due to the current relocation of Noach’s Sanctuary.

No refunds will be issued once a payment has been made and all lessons are only valid for one month from the date of the first lesson paid for, unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations/Rescheduling :

With every Single Lesson purchased, any reschedules made have to be done with at least a 48 hours notice. The reschedule will incur a fee of $30 per change, and must be rescheduled to a date within the month of the booking.

A reschedule made within 48 hours of the lesson booked will incur a fee of $40 per change.

Each lesson can only be rescheduled once, unless an MC is provided, according to the terms below.

Any cancellations within 48 hours of a lesson will incur a full charge due to the coach’s time & resource put aside in advance.

Cancellation/Rescheduling charges will be waived if a medical certificate or a supporting document is presented for absence from the class. This term is only valid up to 3 hours before the commencement of the session.

If the student is to report sick less than 3 hours before the session or during the duration of when the lesson is supposed to take place, the lesson will be forfeited.

In the event that I am running late, I will be informing you beforehand and I will ensure the duration of the class is as booked.

In the event that the student is late, the class will end at the originally scheduled time.

Invoices for Private Lessons will be issued upon the agreement of the dates & time slots preferred, of which payment has to be made within 48 hours upon confirmation, to secure the slots.

If the payment is still not made within 48 hours of the confirmation, a reminder will be sent. Upon 24 hours of the reminder, if the payment is not secured, the slot may be given up to another student based on a first come, first serve basis.

No refunds will be issued once a payment has been made.

No recording of the sessions will be allowed. Short clips, pictures and voice notes are allowed for social media or self practice purposes. The coach might take some too, for marketing purposes, however students are not allowed to record the full sessions for their own use. This is to protect any information shared and confidentiality of all student’s as well.
